About Janzen's Hillside Table
Afternoon tea with a California Vibe is served on the patio from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on select Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, by reservation only. This garden-inspired experience features handmade scones, fresh sourdough, delicate savories, and handcrafted desserts. Guests may choose between our Petite Tea and Standard Tea, each served on fine china with porcelain tiered stands, antique silver, and eclectic teapots.
Nestled on 10 peaceful hillside acres, Janzen’s Hillside Table is surrounded by native plants, wildlife, and flourishing flower and vegetable gardens. My family and I had Mother's Day tea. The outdoor atmosphere was beautiful and serene the perfect way to enjoy a delicious tea service. The table was beautifully set. The food was delectable.I enjoyed the variety of teas and beverages available. The Janzen family are so welcoming. It was the best Mother's Day!

We had the most wonderful tea experience at Janzens Hillside Table! Everything was absolutely fabulous — the food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared with so much attention to detail. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and welcoming, like spending time in a lovely home with friends. And the view… simply gorgeous! Such a peaceful and relaxing setting to enjoy tea and great conversation. The friendly hospitality made the whole experience even more special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and memorable afternoon tea experience!

Oh my goodness! This place is a TREAT! We had a lot to celebrate this month- Mother's Day and birthdays, etc, and Janzen's Hillside Table was the perfect spot for us! We appreciated the made-from-scratch food, the kind staff, the table settings, the tea service, and the view—EVERYTHING was just incredible! We could taste with every bite that everything was made with love! 💕 Oh, and I loved my strawberry 🍓 tea! 🫖 This was just a wonderful day out!

What a wonderful experience! The food was superlative. Every item from the bottom tier of the tray up to the top tier was a perfectly made treat. It was great meeting Tina and her family. They are all so nice! The china and silverware were gorgeous. The location is beautiful. We were told to take our time, and we did. It was a wonderful experience all around. I would rate this 6 stars if I could; 5 stars.

What an experience! The food is delicious. The staff is personable and attentive. The atmosphere is cool, calm and California relaxed. Absolutely worth a visit!
